Política de privacidad de la app Crea7 Jewelry

Esta política explica qué datos guarda la app Crea7 Jewelry, para qué los usamos y con quién los compartimos. La app la opera Crea7 Services LLC, 9556 SW 137th Ave, Miami, FL 33186, Estados Unidos. La desarrolla y la mantiene FZC Solutions LLC por encargo nuestro.

Qué datos guardamos

Tu cuenta: correo, nombre, teléfono y nombre de usuario. Si entras con Apple, recibimos el correo que Apple nos dé, que puede ser uno privado de Apple.
Tu confirmación de edad y de los términos: que confirmaste tener 18 años o más, qué versión de los términos aceptaste y cuándo.
Tus direcciones de envío: nombre, teléfono y dirección donde quieres recibir tus piezas.
Tus recargas de saldo: el número de orden, el monto y el nombre, correo, teléfono y dirección que pusiste al pagar. El pago se hace en la caja de Shopify. Nosotros nunca vemos ni guardamos los datos de tu tarjeta.
Tu actividad en la app: las cajas que abres, a qué precio, la pieza que te sale, tu saldo y sus movimientos, tus pedidos, envíos y números de rastreo, y los datos para comprobar que cada apertura fue justa.
Referidos: tu código de invitación, quién entró con tu código o con el código de quién entraste tú, las cajas que abren tus referidos y el saldo que se te suma por eso.
Datos del aparato y de seguridad: un identificador que iOS le da a la app en tu teléfono, el código para mandarte avisos, la versión de la app, y la dirección IP, el país aproximado que sale de ella y el tipo de aparato en el momento en que abres una caja o aceptas los términos.
Tus preferencias: idioma y qué avisos quieres recibir.

No guardamos tu ubicación exacta, tus contactos ni tus fotos. No usamos publicidad ni te rastreamos en otras apps o páginas.

Para qué los usamos

Para crear y manejar tu cuenta, tu saldo y tus piezas.
Para acreditar tus recargas y enviarte o entregarte lo que pidas.
Para mandarte avisos de tus pedidos, tu saldo y tus referidos, si los aceptas.
Para darte soporte cuando nos escribes.
Para cumplir la ley: comprobar que eres mayor de 18 y no dar el servicio en los estados donde no lo ofrecemos.
Para prevenir fraude: detectar cuentas duplicadas, pagos revertidos y abusos de los referidos o del sistema.

Con quién los compartimos

No vendemos tus datos ni los usamos para publicidad. Solo los compartimos con quien los necesita para que la app funcione:

Supabase: guarda la base de datos y maneja la entrada a tu cuenta.
Shopify: procesa los pagos de las recargas y las órdenes.
Apple: la entrada con Apple, los avisos al teléfono y el buscador de direcciones de Apple Maps cuando escribes una dirección.
Las compañías de envío: tu nombre, teléfono y dirección, solo cuando pides que te manden una pieza.
FZC Solutions LLC: desarrolla y mantiene la app por encargo nuestro y solo usa los datos para eso.
Las autoridades: cuando la ley nos obligue.

Notificaciones

La app Crea7 Jewelry puede enviarte notificaciones si tú das permiso en tu iPhone. Hay tres tipos y cada uno se apaga por separado en Cuenta > Notificaciones:

Saldo y pedidos: cambios en tu saldo y en el estado de tus envíos.
Referidos: cuando alguien entra con tu código o ganas una recompensa.
Promociones: ofertas y recordatorios de saldo sin usar. Solo te llegan si las activaste (en el registro esta casilla viene desmarcada).

Para mandarlas guardamos un identificador del aparato que da Apple, no tu número ni tu ubicación. Ese identificador se borra si desactivas las notificaciones, si borras la app o si cierras tu cuenta. No lo compartimos con nadie fuera de Apple, que es quien entrega la notificación.

Cuánto tiempo los guardamos

Mientras tu cuenta esté activa. Si la eliminas, borramos tu cuenta, tu saldo, tus piezas, tus pedidos y tu historial. Solo conservamos lo que la ley nos obliga a guardar, como el comprobante de tus pagos para la contabilidad, y los registros mínimos que necesitamos para prevenir fraude.

Cómo eliminar tu cuenta y tus datos

En la app: Cuenta > Términos > Eliminar mi cuenta. También puedes escribirnos a crea7mr@gmail.com desde el correo de tu cuenta. Por ese mismo correo puedes pedirnos una copia de tus datos o que corrijamos algo.

Menores de edad

La app es solo para mayores de 18 años. No guardamos a sabiendas datos de menores. Si crees que un menor creó una cuenta, escríbenos y la cerramos.

Seguridad

Los datos viajan cifrados entre la app y nuestros servidores. Solo el personal que lo necesita para dar el servicio puede verlos.

Cambios

Si cambiamos esta política, actualizamos la fecha de arriba y te avisamos en la app cuando el cambio sea importante.

Crea7 Jewelry App Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the Crea7 Jewelry app keeps, what we use it for and who we share it with. The app is operated by Crea7 Services LLC, 9556 SW 137th Ave, Miami, FL 33186, United States. It is developed and maintained on our behalf by FZC Solutions LLC.

What we collect

Your account: email, name, phone number and username. If you sign in with Apple, we receive the email Apple gives us, which may be a private Apple relay address.
Your age and terms confirmation: that you confirmed you are 18 or older, which version of the terms you accepted and when.
Your shipping addresses: the name, phone number and address where you want your pieces delivered.
Your balance top-ups: the order number, the amount and the name, email, phone and address you entered at checkout. Payment happens in Shopify's checkout. We never see or store your card details.
Your activity in the app: the boxes you open, at what price, the piece you receive, your balance and its history, your orders, shipments and tracking numbers, and the data used to verify that each opening was fair.
Referrals: your invite code, who joined with your code or whose code you joined with, the boxes your referrals open and the balance added to you because of it.
Device and security data: an identifier iOS gives the app on your phone, your push notification token, the app version, and the IP address, the approximate country derived from it and the device type at the moment you open a box or accept the terms.
Your preferences: language and which notifications you want.

We do not collect your precise location, contacts or photos. We do not use advertising or track you across other apps or websites.

How we use it

To create and run your account, your balance and your pieces.
To credit your top-ups and ship or hand over what you request.
To send you notifications about your orders, balance and referrals, if you allow them.
To give you support when you contact us.
To comply with the law: confirming you are 18 or older and not offering the service in states where we do not operate.
To prevent fraud: detecting duplicate accounts, reversed payments and abuse of referrals or of the system.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. We only share it with those who need it for the app to work:

Supabase: hosts the database and handles sign-in.
Shopify: processes top-up payments and orders.
Apple: Sign in with Apple, push notifications and the Apple Maps address search when you type an address.
Shipping carriers: your name, phone number and address, only when you ask us to ship a piece.
FZC Solutions LLC: develops and maintains the app on our behalf and only uses the data for that.
Authorities: when the law requires it.

Notifications

The Crea7 Jewelry app can send you notifications if you allow them on your iPhone. There are three types, and you can turn each one off in Account > Notifications:

Balance and orders: changes to your balance and the status of your shipments.
Referrals: when someone joins with your code or you earn a reward.
Promotions: offers and reminders about unused balance. You only get these if you turned them on (this box is unchecked by default at sign-up).

To send them we store a device identifier provided by Apple, not your phone number or location. That identifier is deleted if you turn off notifications, delete the app, or close your account. We don’t share it with anyone other than Apple, which delivers the notification.

How long we keep it

As long as your account is active. If you delete it, we delete your account, balance, pieces, orders and history. We only keep what the law requires us to keep, such as payment receipts for accounting, and the minimum records we need to prevent fraud.

How to delete your account and data

In the app: Account > Terms > Delete my account. You can also email us at crea7mr@gmail.com from your account's email. You can use the same email to ask for a copy of your data or for a correction.

Minors

The app is only for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly keep data from minors. If you believe a minor created an account, contact us and we will close it.

Security

Data travels encrypted between the app and our servers. Only staff who need it to provide the service can access it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date above and notify you in the app when the change is significant.
